I'm motivated by seeing my work, in production, solving real problems. Which means I need to work with you.

I'll listen to your problems and take ownership for delivering a solution, whatever that may be.

With my team, we'll identify possible pathways and ensure that they will meet your needs. Where we disagree, I will act professionally and always in the interests of the business. I don't play games or have hidden motivations.

I'll work with you to discover which solution is the best fit and how we measure success. I'll see the solution implemented on time, to budget and have a plan for future iterations.

We'll all enjoy a few jokes along the way and build trusting relationships. I'll call out those who have made great contributions and celebrate success with team outings and showcasing what we've achieved.

My goals are to share my in-depth knowledge of web, visual design and user experience with those around me and help build a well rounded team that is ready for any challenge. I want to take this skillset into a UX leadership role.
